If an order is received based on an online quote, an On-Site Systems sales associate will review the online quote for accuracy and may revise the quote accordingly to best meet the needs and expectations of the customer.

We are not responsible for work or products produced by others, acts of nature or other factors beyond our control.

We must be notified of any discrepancies immediately and be given ample and sufficient time to make corrections or adjustments. At no time will we be held responsible for monetary damages or penalties for actions beyond our control and limit of compensation shall not exceed the amount of monies paid for the replacement of defective products.

Customer assumes total liability for use of the product and On-Site Systems does not assure the product supplied is intended for any specific purpose or meets code requirements in any specific area.

This quote is valid for (30) days after which time the quote can and may be changed at our discretion to compensate for any changes that negatively affect our cost.
